Located in Auburn, Western Sydney Australia, we are an open learning gym and environment that believes in learning from all schools of grappling thought to develop intelligent, well-rounded and skilled grapplers. We offer training to grapplers of all levels in wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Gi and BJJ No-Gi. Our classes are designed for men, women and kids, from beginners to those who want to compete at the world stage. Our coaches are experts in their disciplines with over 70 years of combined experience. We also have a state of the art strength and conditioning facility and strength coach onsite to help grapplers develop grappling-specific strength.
